  4. Next add back to the saucepan add the double cream stir in then add 1 tbls worsester sauce and stir. Bring to the boil then serve. Sprinkle some chia seeds in the middle and serve.

Cut off the root end and darker portions of the green leaves. Split in half lengthwise, and wash thoroughly before slicing. My mom always made Leek and potato soup in the winter. I make it now for my family, I just love the way it makes the house smell on a cozy cold day.
