- Take 400 g watermelon rind
- Make ready 275 ml water
- Make ready 100 ml vinegar
- Make ready 2 red chilis, one de-seeded

Put the heat down to medium, put the lid on the pan and leave for 10 minutes. Uncover and turn the heat up for a couple of mins to evaporate some liquid
