- Cut the broccoli florets and blanch them in boiling water for 5min, add salt to the water, strain the broccoli florets and run them under cool water and keep them aside.
- In a wok, take 1tbsp olive oil, once the oil becomes hot add crushed garlic and toss it for 10seconds, then add the blanched broccoli florets, salt and mix well and toss it on a low-medium flame for 5 minutes.

- Toss the broccoli in the sauce for another 5 minutes over medium high flame and then switch off that gas, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on it and serve.
