- Add 1 cup of water with onions and 1 tsp salt. Wait till it turns to paste
- Add mixed curry powder and pumpkin and let cook 5 mins
- In a fry pan add the fish with 1/4 pay turmeric and 1/4 tsp salt. Let fry on both sides
- Add fish to pot when they are stiffer.
- Let cook.
- Add water just above the fish fish surface.
- Let cook for 5 mins
- Serve
- Additional note. If adding sour prunes, put more mixed curry powder than you think you'll need.add about 4 cloves of garlic too. Don't shallow fry the fish just add in the mixture and put on low until cooked.
