  2. Once the bananas are cooked add the curd to the boiling gravy.
  3. Take a mixer and add coconut, cumin seeds,green chilli and make a fine paste.Add the paste to the boiling gravy and mix well.keep it on low flame for 2 min and switch it off.
  4. Take a pan and heat oil add the mustard seed, red chillies and curry leaves.Pour the tadka to the gravy and serve hot.
  5. Note:You can add 2 pinch of roasted fenugreek powder to the gravy to enhance the taste.

Moru curry can be made with coconut too, but we have made it sans the coconut and trust us it turned out just as good as the one with coconut. Steamed rice accompanied with this seasoned milk.
