  1. Wash the chicken with hot water to remove the smell.
  2. Heat oil to pan, put in garlic,onion (stir fry 2min) add in pepper bell and chicken. (Stir fry for 5min -8min, cover with lid inbetween) add in rice(stir fry for 5min)
  3. Add in pepper, soya sauce and spring onion(stir fry 5min) ready to serve
