The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Make ready Carrot
  2. Prepare Green peas
  3. Prepare Green Bell pepper
  4. Make ready Spring onions
  5. Prepare Runner pea
  6. Get Sweet Corn
  7. Get 4 Cups Rice
  8. Make ready G.oil
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Get Maggi Crayfish/knorr chicken
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Cut all veggies and set aside
  2. Parboiled your Rice and wash
  3. Pour chicken stock and add little water that can cook the Rice and put on gas to boil till water dries
  4. Put fry pan on gas and pour G.oil, heat for awhile and add in spring onions and saute for mins.
  5. Add in all veggies accept Green Bell pepper,add Maggi and little salt then fry for awhile and add Green pepper last
  6. Pour in the rice and fried till dry and team without covering the pot (this will allow the veggies to maintain their colours)
  7. Taste and adjust with salt if needed but (I don't use salt again after using it to boil my chicken). I only use the chicken stock
