  1. Take 1 cup Boiled Rice
  2. Get 1/4 Finely chopped cabbage
  3. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  4. Prepare 1 Sliced onions
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  6. Make ready 2 tsp Oil
  7. Make ready to taste Salt
  8. Take 1 tsp Vinegar
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  10. Make ready as needed Chopped corinder leaves
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  14. Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  15. Get 1 tsp Chopped garlic and ginger
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Firstly put a pan, heat it and add oil into it. Now add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and ginger into it and saute it. Now add sliced onions into it and saute it when then it become little golden add chopped cabbage into it and let it cook. When the cabbage get half cooked add boil rice into it and mix it. Now add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, corinder powder into it and mix well. Now add soya sauce and vinegar into it and mix it and let it cook for more 5 minutes by covering it.
  2. Now your fried rice is ready. Garnish it as you like and enjoy it.
