  1. Get 2 cups boiled basmati rice
  2. Take 1 onion sliced
  3. Take 1 capsicum (red & green) chopped

  1. Take a wok and add oil in it and add cumin seeds and saute it till brown then add onion and saute it till pinkish colour.
  2. Then add all the vegetables and mix it well and cover it and cook it till all the vegetables get soft.
  3. After that add salt,red chilli and mix together all the things and add boiled rice and mix it well.Then add soya sauce and again mix gently.Our restaurant style fried rice is ready for serve.I serve fried rice with cheese chilli.
