  2. Get 2 tbsp refined oil

  7. Get 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  8. Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Steps to make Veg Garlic fried rice:
  1. Wash and soak rice for 15min. Boil enough water and add salt to taste, then add soaked rice. Simmer for 7-8min or till rice cooked 70-80%, then stain and remove excess water.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic paste. Saute for a while to become slightly pinkish. Then add carrots and onion, and cook for another minute. Then add capsicum and salt, red chili powder. Mix well and saute for a while.
  3. When chili powder releas nice aroma, add soy sauce and red chili sauce. Mix well and saute for 5-7 seconds.
  4. Now add cooked rice and pepper powder. Mix well and cover and cook for more 1min. The rice is ready to serve.
  5. Here I didn't used vinegar, if you want to add the add just 2-3drops while adding rice.(Don't cook with both sauce. Add vinegar, mix and add rice and quickly mix again.)
