- Wash Rice well and soak for 30 mins, after it is soaked cook for 7 mins, dont over cook it cook only 90%.Drain and keep aside, do this Process atleast 3 hrs before making Fried Rice
- Take a Wok, put on high flame, add Olive oil, heat it, add ginger garlic and chopped chillies and cook on high flame.
- Then add spring onion, cook for 2 mins, then add carrots cook, theb capsicum and cook and Cabbage and cook all on high flame.
- Then dont over cook your vegetables, wr need it crunchy.
- Then add salt, pepper and soya sauce and cook and flip all well
- Now add our cooked rice and gentle mix it..
- Add Some spring onions on top and mix well and serve hot.
