Now over heat the pan and grease it with oil pour the egg yolk and take out of the flame and leave it for 20-25 seconds. Your egg yolk nicely cooked now cut into a strip and take out alternate strip.
  4. Now again place the pan on low flame and pour the egg whites and cook it well. Once the egg sheet cooked transfer it on the plate and place the fried rice on this egg sheet and carefully roll out this egg sheet. Now place it on serving plate and garnish it as per your choice and serve it.
