- Take 1 Onion
- Get 250 g Minced Beef
- Take Tomato Paste
- Prepare Garlic Paste

Instructions to make Cottage Pie:
- Cut the onion, and fry until translucent.
- Add the beef into the same pan, and fry until browned. Add a generous dash of Hendersons relish.
- Add in a squeeze of tomato paste and garlic paste. Combine the stock cube with 300ml of boiling water and add to the pan.
- Peel and slice up the carrots. Put then in a pan of boiling water for 6 mins. You can put them straight in if you like, but I find they are too hard in the final pie.
- Reduce down the liquid while the carrots are cooking. Add 200g of frozen peas. Add in the boiled carrots.
- Cover with pre prepared mash, grate on some cheese and put in an oven on 180C for 15 mins.
