Instructions to make Beef Goulash:
  1. Remove excess fat from the beef. Cut into small pieces.

  3. Cover with lid and fry for 4 mins
  4. Add the flour and paprika and mix well.
  5. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5mins. Tomato paste optional.
  6. Gradually add the stock while stiring,skim. Add the potaoes and check they are over with stock. Cover
  7. Allow to simmer until well cooked. With me i make sure the potaoes are cooked and not visible to makethick broth
  8. Correct the seasoning and serve.
