  2. Then add all other ingredients (only 2 1/2 cups of the flour) in order to the bowl with the earlier mix. Now mix with spatula.
  3. If the dough is still sticky, add some more flour, the last cup gradually till the dough don't sticky.
  4. knead well, then put in a form greased with olive oil and garnish with olives. let stand for 90 min and bake for 30 min in oven 350°F

Focaccia is a blank canvas for delicious toppings, so feel free to experiment and get creative.
