The ingredients needed to make Mushroom Stroganoff:
  1. Prepare 300 g Chopped mushrooms
  2. Take 1 onion thinly sliced
  3. Take 3 tbsp sour cream
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. Prepare 2-3 garlic cloves finely minced
  6. Take 1 tbsp paprika powder
  7. Take 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. Get 3/4 cup chicken/veg/ beef stock
  9. Get 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon dried or fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions to make Mushroom Stroganoff:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until translucent
  2. Add garlic and saute until raw aroma goes away
  3. Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add stock, paprika and sauce. Since my stock had salt, I skipped it. Mix well
  5. Allow to cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well. Reduce heat to low. Curry will split if cooked on high to medium heat
  6. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley and mix. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with rice. You can cook noodles in Stroganoff curry, it tastes good
