Steps to make Mashed Potatoes Samosa:
  1. Put one cup of wheat flour and enough salt in a bowl and then add lukewarm water to make the dough for your manda.
  2. Divide the dough into pieces and then roll each piece. Once you have rolled a piece sprinkle some oil and add a little flour as you stack them upto 6 layers and then roll them once as the size of your pan. Do that until you finish all the rolls
  3. Put a pan on heat and then place your mandas and don't add oil to the pan so as to be able to remove the pieces from each other.
  4. After that, cut them in quarters so as to get 4 pieces in each.
  5. Take your boiled potatoes and mash them. Add the chopped dhania as you continue mashing
  6. Fry your onions and add the crushed garlic and green pepper and finally add the mashed potatoes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  7. Make a thick paste using flour and water. Take each piece of the manda and shape it into triangular shape pockets using the thick paste.
  8. Fill each pocket using the fried mashed potatoes as you cover them.
  9. In a hot oil, deep fry the samosas to the colour of your choice.
