- Take 10 potatoes
- Get 1 bunch rosemary
- Take 3 cloves garlic

- Peel your potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Put water into a sufuria about 700ml and turn on heat or you can eyeball the water then drain the water when you are done boiling the potatoes. Add salt
- Put the potatoes in the sufuria and throw in the rosemary and garlic cloves. Cover and let it boil for about 25 minutes. This will have the potatoes infuse the garlic and rosemary flavours
- Once they have cooked through and are soft enough, (you can test this by using a fork) switch of heat and drain excess water.
- Remove the garlic cloves. Pour in milk or cooking cream into the potatoes, add in some margarine and use a fork to mash the potatoes into the consistency you'd like.
- Serve and enjoy.
