  6. Add rice n stir nicely for a while.
  7. After a while, add water n continue cooking your rice. As the rice is cooking prepare your Guacamole.
  8. For GUACAMOLE; chop all your ingredients i.e onions, tomatoes n dhania n set aside.
  9. Clean n cut your avocado into cubes.
  10. In another bowl, mash your avocado. Add a pinch of salt n lemon juice n mash thoroughly.
  11. Add onions, tomatoes n dhania n continue mashing till all bond together. Cover it well n put it in the fridge (optional) for few minutes.
  12. Once your rice is ready, serve it hot with your guacamole.
  13. Enjoy to the fullness.

You don't need to do anything different while making cauliflower. And fried rice can be soggy and tasteless if it's not done right.
