- In a bowl cut the top and bottom of ladyfingers and slice in the middle and sprinkle cornflour and mix well. In another bowl cut the potato chips and sprinkle some cornflour and mix well. Do not use any water.
- In a pan heat oil for deep frying, it must be very hot, add few ladyfingers at a time and fry till golden brown in colour. Once the ladyfingers are fried fry the potato chips until golden brown and keep aside.
- In a non stick wok add 2 tablespoon of oil and toss in sliced green or red chilli, add sliced onions, garlic, ginger and green chilli paste. Saute for a minute, then add the bell peppers cook for another minute. Add half of the Chopped spring onions. - In a bowl add 2 tablespoon corn flour and add half a cup of water and make a slurry.
- Add red chilli sauce and soya sauce, corn slurry, salt to taste, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
- Add the fried chips and ladyfingers and mix well till all the chips and ladyfingers are coated with the sauce. - Turn the heat off and transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with Sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander. Serve hot.
