  1. Get 6 Pork Loin Steaks/chop
  2. Prepare 1 chopped onion

  4. Add the mushrooms then a few minutes later add the stock and milk. I used chicken stock but would have probably worked better with pork if available,:-)
  5. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes the sauce should have reduced and thickened by that time. You can add a little bit of plain flour to help thicken if desired.
