- Spoon into a sterilised jar and seal - This will keep in the cupboard for months and up to 1 month in the fridge once opened
Today I had idli for breakfast in the menu. So I thought I will make it today itself. This is a great way to use up end of season tomatoes and windfall apples. I don't stick rigidly to the weight of the fruit so long as it's roughly in these proportions overall with the amounts of sugar and vinegar. If your last jar wasn't completely full, keep it in the fridge and use it up within a month or so.
