  2. Make ready 1/2 cup soyabadi(soya chunks)

  5. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Get 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  7. Make ready 1-2 green chilli chopped

  9. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  14. Take 1-2 bay leaf
  15. Get 2 cloves
  16. Make ready 4 black pepper
  17. Take 1 green cardamom
  18. Get 1 black cardamom
  19. Prepare 2-3 tbsp oil or ghee
  20. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  21. Make ready leaves Some Chopped coriander
  22. Take Some leaves mint
  23. Get Saffron soaked in some milk
  24. Prepare as needed water

I have been sharing varieties of Vegetable Biryani recipes for the past few months in my Sunday Lunch recipes series. Usually people make different types of biryani on weekends especially. This hyderabadi veg biryani or hyderabadi vegetable biryani recipe is a slowly cooking method where the preferred vegetables are stir fried and mixed with all the spices to make a sabzi masala, mixed.   1. First, wash rice and soaked for 1/2 hour and also soaked soya badi in warm water.
  2. Now heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin and whole spices to crackle.
  3. Now add half onion,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Now add all veggies and mix well and add spices.cover for a minute on low flame.add saffron with some milk.
  4. Now squeezed soya badi in water and add in veggies and mix well.add coriander leaves also.
  5. In other side fry 1/2 chopped onion properly. And add in cooker.
  6. Now add yogurt and mix well.add 1-3/4 glass water to boil it. Keep the flame high.
  7. After that add rice mix well.cover the lid properly and allow one whistle on high flame. Let it cool until release the whistle.
  8. Serve the hot Biryani with raita.
