Add some fry onion in the kadhai add ginger garlic paste, cloves, black pepper, curd, biryani masala, turmeric powder, salt and ready the masala till it become brown and leaves the oil. Then take out the masala and in kadhai grease it with ghee add some masala later on top of it rice layer and continue the same..add ghee from side and on top garnish it with fried onions and food colour(optiona), kesar, serve hot.
