- Now turn flame high to medium now add garam masala powder

- Now add coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, lemon juice and kasuri methi and fry for a minute
- Now add chicken fry for a minute and now cover the utensil for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes add water as u required
- And wait for boil water
- After water is boiling add rice
- And cook until rice is done
- After rice done add Orange food colour and ghee
- And cover for 2 minutes
- Now turn off the flame
- And mix well
- And serve
