- Marinate chikken/ muttan for 30 minutes with 1 cup dahi,ginger garlic paste,Bombay biryany masala,3-4 slices tomatoes.
- Now take a pan put oil in it.Fry onions light golden brown take some fried onions for garnishing
- Now put marinate muttan in it fry with oil & onions then pour 1 litre water cover it & cook it for 2 hours till it becomes tender.now take bolied rice layer them in pan than meat masala,then rice,then meat masala at the last garnish with fried onions,dhania,Pudina,Hari mirchi.cover it & cook it very slow flame till 10 minutes.serve with raita & salad🥰
