- Wash and soaked the rice for 20 or 30 mins.
- Take dhaniya ginger and garlic paste for grinding to smooth paste.
- Heat 1 tblsp oil and 1tblsp+ 1 tblsp or 2 tblsp ghee in a pressure cooker
- Now add bay leaf and fry 30 sec or 1/2 hr
- Add sliced onions fry till onion is brown colour
- Add chillies and dhaniya garlic ginger paste which we are grind in mixer this paste we put in onion fry.
- Saute for 2 or 3mins and smell will go outside.
- Add tomatoes cook for 2 mins or 3 mins.
- Now add biryani masala with salt and mix it.
- Add all veggies and toss well in masala.
- Now add rice which we washed and soaked and drained it.
- Mix well. Pour the water in rice and add sugar for taste.
- Taste and adjust for seasoning
- Boil it in simmer and pressure cook in 4 to 5 whistles.
- Turn off the heat and cold it when it cold then open the pressure cooker lid.
- And serve it.
