  4. Put a tblesp or so of oil into a frying pan. I like to use a ridged pan. Heat oil and then on a fairly high heat place carefully each breadcrumbed steak. I turn each steak about 4 times until golden brown and add a little oil during the cooking process as required. Turn heat down after about 2 turns. Cook veg or accompaniment while steaks cooking. Cooking time about 20 - 25 mins.
