I didn't because I didn't really care about the look to much, but if you want the tomatoes and basil to stand out more and have it look nicer I would say have those on top of the cheese but be careful not to over cook the cheese)
  8. Put the cookie sheet in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and bake until the cheese melts.
  9. Pull them out,move to a plate. Eat them as is or to make them a bit more pretty you can add fresh or dried basil on top of the cheese. Enjoy !
