  1. Preheat oven to 140°and line a baking sheet or 2 with baking paper.
  2. Drop Beat egg whites till frothy, add salt and keep beating till stiff peaks form.
  3. Add vanilla and sugar and continue beating till sugar melts and mixture becomes smooth and glossy
  4. Gently fold in choc chips and pecans
  5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture on tray about 4cm apart
  6. Bake for 45 mins and then leave to cool in off oven for couple hours
  7. Store in airtight container
