  5. I use about 1/2 a cup of kalamata olives in this salad. I love this olives so much. I use the ones with the pits. I find that they have a better flavor then the cut ones.
  6. For the dressing i use my good olive oil, mix that with your lemon juice, garlic, oregano and lastly your salt and pepper. Put all of this in a closeable container and shake it for about 15 seconds.
  7. Add your dressing to the bowl and toss this until all of your veg is covered and enjoy.
