  6. *and cut into squares or whatever shape you desire crimp edges push all the air out of ravioli get water boiling heavily on salt as you make the ravioli put on a pan coated with cornmeal so it won't stick let dry drop ravioli in boiling water dont over crowd cooks in about 4 minutes will float to the top add to marinara sauce
