- First take a bowl add suji,curd and mix well.Now add salt,chutney and make a smooth consistency using water and allow it for 15 minutes so that suji will fluffy up.
- Now grease the idli moulds and add fruit salt and mix gently and pour the batter in a idli moulds and allow it to steam for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes cool down the idlis and demould it.Now take a pan add 2 tbsp butter and roast the idlis to make it crispy from both sides.
- Now for salsa add all the chopped veggies,salt,black pepper powder, chilli flakes,mixed herbs,vinegar and ketchup and mix it well.And now add 1 tsp of this salsa on the crispy idlis and serve it.Our mint idlis with Salsa is ready to serve.Enjoy ❤️🥰😍👍👌
