- Boil tomatoes until skin is falling off
- Medium dice tomatoes
- Medium dice onions
- Chop cilantro
- Grill each type of chili independently until softened and lightly blackened
- Deseed and destem California chilis after grilling
- Destem Arbol chilis
- Slightly breakup chilis into blender and barely cover with water (let marinade)
- When tomatoes are done place in an ice bath
- After tomatoes have cooled place into blender with water and chilis. Blend lightly
- Add ingredients from blender into mixing bowl and add onions and desired amount of cilantro
- Let rst uncovered in refrigerator for 30 minutes…then enjoy
