  11. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius
  12. After the dough has rested, brush the rolls with egg wash and put some sesame seeds on top.
  13. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. You know they are done when you insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean. Ensure you place some water in the oven so that the scones can retain some moisture.
  14. Allow cooling on the baking tin for 10 minutes
