  5. Keep adding milk and cornflour part at a time till fully dissolved.
  6. Season and add cheese.
  7. When melted add cheese 1 handful at a time, till melted, as required.
  8. Chop cauliflower and Leek and add to a dish (cauliflower first).
  9. Pour over cheese sauce.
  10. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes on 200 (180 fan).
