- Heat oil in a pan. Add coming seeds anD fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add potatoes and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mix the soaked sabudana and peanut powder properly. Add salt and and mix again.
- Add this mixture to pan and and mix well. Cook it by covering on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not over cook it.other wise it will become sticky.
- Sabudana khichdi is ready. Garnish it with some potato chips. Serve hot.
