- Wash and soak sabudana for 3 hours. Drain excess water
- Grind peanut and chillies coarsely.
- Heat a pan, add oil followed by cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add veggies and sauté till half cooked. Now add sabudana and ground mixture
- Sprinkle water, add salt to taste and close the pan. Let all get cooked for 5 to 6 mins
- Once sabudana is cooked you can see the change in colour. It becomes transparent. Ready to serve hot
