- Cut the brinjal and potato soak into water.
- Grate tomato crush the chilli and grate ginger.
- Take a kadai heat on full flame add jeera and pinch of hing
- Add tomato Puree in kadai
- Puree Cook as well turn over oil up side
- Add spices and mix well

- Add some water and heat
- Add chopped brinjal and potato and salt as per taste you can make in cooker after 2 whistles, close gas and add some green coriander in sabji
- Yummy sabji of potato brinjal is ready.
- Take a daal Rice wash and soak For 10 mins take a cooker add 2 tsp ghee jeera curry leaves pinch of hing and turmeric powder add daal rice into cooker add salt as per taste cover the cooker after 2 whistles.closed gas now ready you khichadi
