  1. Prepare 3 cup Khichdi(Prepared/LeftO Over)
  2. Prepare 1 Carrot(Finely Chopped)

  6. Take 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  1. First prepare a khichdi if you don't have left over khichdi. I have added ginger garlic,reen chilli paste,turmeric powder while preparing the khichdi. If you have plain rice then you need to add that. First in a mixisng bowl add khichdi,caroot, beet root and all the masala and mix it well.
  2. Prepare a small tikki from that mix. Now in a nonstick pan, add oil and shallow fry the tikki until it become golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  3. Serve it hot with Green Chutney.
