  4. Then uncover the lid & add soaked rice & fry till 3-5 minutes so that the rice aroma comes around then add water & salt, turmeric powder garam masala powder, let it cook for few minutes covered.
  5. Now you can check a strand of rice if it breaks in 3 half’s it’s perfectly done turn off the burner just add a tablespoon of ghee & coriander leaves and cover it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Then serve hot with tomato curry,papad, achar, kababs etc.
