  2. Get 2 tbsp Aloo Suki bhaji

  6. Take 2 tbsp farali chivda
  7. Get 1 tsp red chilly powder

Instructions to make Steamed Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Soak sabudana for 4-5 hours. For 1 cup sabudana use 1/4th cup water to soak. Steam sabudana in a steamer until it is cooked.
  2. For Suki Aloo Bhaji take 1 tsp oil in kadhai, add cumin, green chilly and curry leaves. Stir for a minute. Add crushed peanuts. Saute it. Now add boiled potato. Add salt and chilly powder as per taste. Mix it nicely.
  3. Add Suki bhaji, sugar powder, Salt and red chilly powder to steamed sabudana and mix well. Now add masala sing (peanuts) and chivda. Mix well and serve hot.
