- Add just ONE teaspoon of each Salt, Pepper & (If you want) Cayenne/Paprika to the skillet. Mix in with potatoes & bacon. Cook for 15mins or until the potatoes are lightly golden.
- In the mean time, pre-heat oven to 350°. Use a muffin pan, spray Pam (or any type of spray or melted butter for Non-Stick).
- Once the potatoes & bacon are cooked (use a knife to poke into the potatoes), place on a plate with paper towels to allow the access grease to come off & cool.
- Mix up your eggs, 1/4 cup of water, and the other 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, cayenne/Paprika in a bowl.
- In the muffin pan, place a few piece of GRADUATED cheese, a tiny spoonful of bacon & potatoes. Pour the egg mix on top, it should be ALMOST full to the top. Place extra cheese on top if you would like.
- Place muffin pan in 350° oven for about 15mins. Use a knife to poke into the quiche to make sure it's fully done. (If nothing is on the knife when you pull out, it's done).
- Let cool for 10mins before eating. Serve with any sauce or side! Enjoy :)
