The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Make ready 1 cup sabudana
  2. Take 3/4 cup peanuts
  3. Take 1 medium sized boiled potato
  4. Get 1 tsp grated ginger
  5. Get Coriander leaves for garnishing
  6. Take to taste Rock salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. Get 2 tbsp ghee
Steps to make Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Wash sabudana two times and soak for 5 to 6 hours with less amount of water.
  2. Now add 1 tbsp ghee in a wok and roast peanuts on low flame till peanuts become crunchy. Now divide peanuts into two equal amount. Grind one portion of peanut.
  3. Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add black pepper and ginger. Now add boiled potato, roast it for about two minutes. Now add sabudana, salt and peanut powder, mix well. Now add lemon juice and whole peanuts. Garnish with coriander leaves.
