  4. For the sweet soy sauce: Grind some bird's eye chillies with shallots and combine with sweet soy sauce.
  5. For the Peanut Sauce: Grind red chilli with roasted fried peanut. Add water and stir well.
  6. Serve with rice or with cake rice or just eat like that.
