- Take flour in a bowl,add butter,salt,and pepper powder.Mix to form a crumbled texture.Knead to a firm dough with the help of 1-2 table spoon cold water.Cover and keep aside.
- Heat a pan,add 1tea spoon oil,add chopped onion and fry till golden.Add beans,garlic powder and salt.Mix well,add all vegetables.Add 1table spoon water and cook 2minutes till vegetables are soft.Keep aside.
- Roll dough into a 1/2'thick sheet,put in a greased mould.Give shape to the quiche as shown in picture.Prepare two quiches.Prick them.
- Take egg,and milk in a bowl,beat to smooth.Add a pinch of salt and grated cottage cheese.Add mixed herb and nutmeg powder also.
- Put vegetables in both quiches,pour half egg mix on both the quiches.Bake in a preheated oven at 190°c for 25 minutes.
- Take out after 25 minutes,serve hot.
