- Add red chilli powder coriander powder and haldi powder and mix now add garam masala. And cook for 2 mins.
- Add little water and adjust consistency. Add paneer and salt as per your taste.
- Cover it and cook for 100 min on medium flame. It's ready
- For Puri. Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ajwain and Knead soft dough.
- Cover it and rest for 10 min. Now divide into small balls. And make Puri.. and fry them in hot oil. Serve it with tomato paneer gravy..
