  6. Get ½ cup .All-purpose flour -

Instructions to make Paneer Crispy:
  1. 1.Cut paneer into long fingers.
  2. 2.Mix together tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, garlic paste, salt and green chilli and marinade paneer fingers into it for 15 mins.
  3. 3.Mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt,baking soda and milk to make medium thick batter.
  4. 4.Rest the batter for ten min. Heat oil in a kadai, dip paneer fingers into the batter and fry till golden brown.
  5. 5.Serve hot with pudina chutney or any dip/chutney of your choice.
