- Take a Container add water and Boil the fresh Washed Spinach for 5 to 7 min Afterwards Rinse extra water then Blend the Spinach and make a smooth paste and keep aside.in a Jar add 2 Onion,1 Spoon Garlic,1/2 Spoon Ginger and make a smooth paste.
- Now Take a Kadhai add Oil and heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds,Bay leaves heat for 2 min then add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste and Cook for 5 min then add 1 Cup Tomato Puree into it and Cook for 5 to 7 min again till oil comes on surface of Kadhi
- Now add Spinach Paste into it cook for 5 min then add all Masalas Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder,Garam Masala mix well and Stir continuously then add 1 Cup Water and Cook for 2 min
- Now add Paneer Cubes pieces mix well then add Milk Cream and Stir continuously and Cook for 5 to 7 min. While Cooking Cover the lid.
- After Cooking all the Ingredients Your Delicious Spinach Malai Paneer is Ready to Enjoy. Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chapati Naan or Rice.
