The ingredients needed to make Devilled Eggs:
  1. Take 6 Boiled eggs
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  4. Take 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  5. Get 1 tsp Black pepper
  6. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Devilled Eggs:
  1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into halves.
  2. Takeout the yolks from all the eggs carefully and transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork until completely smooth.
  4. Add mayonnaise and mix well to get a creamy consistency.
  5. Now add the remaining seasonings as per your taste and mix well.
  6. Now fill this in a piping bag with a start nozzle.
  7. Place the empty eggs in a serving dish.
  8. Pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  9. Garnish with some chilli flakes and serve.
  10. Note: The traditional recipe asks for mustard paste to be added in the egg yolks. You can add that too. I skipped it.
